My kids are fine and healthy… the SUN is out (here in Northern Cali)…
and I am finally in the mood to take Inspired Action and Celebrate life in the next 3 days.
And by the way, how did you all do with your Self Care list?

As for me, at first, I had a difficult time getting into a self care routine.
But one thing that felt good was to WRITE DOWN MY SELF CARE LIST.
Even though I skipped the 2nd day of my 5 day self care journey, because of appointments and unpredictable 1st graders (Violetta’s fever was gone but was still home with a cough), when I felt the time was right to focus on ME, I had my self care list READY, knowing exactly what I needed to do, and even how long it would take!
(Just 10 minutes at a time, remember?)

Many times we don’t realize that one of the things that stops us from doing something for ourselves is just NOT knowing what to do or being INDECISIVE about what to choose.
I’m a Libra. Libra moon and Libra Sun, plus 2 planets in Libra… so I know indecisiveness very well!
Its one of the things that used to get in the way of my creativity and productivity for many years.
Which is why I love the Phases of the moon and Rituals and cycles of Nature… learning how to incorporate these teachings into my life has been very significant, as a gentle, yet effective nudge to get me Inspired and Taking Action on both my “not so fun” responsibilities and things I love.
It helps me to FLOW...
OK so that being said, Lets get into the 3 DAY FULL MOON PREP PLAN so we can ALL FLOW together!
Let's do this! This is the year for GROWTH & EXPANSION.
And we're all in this together right??! ...because growth & expansion is not always pretty, so let's not go at it alone.
This "Full Moon prep" process is a practice I have integrated with Aromatherapy and have taught, shared and practiced with a private group over the last few years.
I wanted to make sure that I really incorporated this into my life and that it worked for me and other women with full lives before I shared it in this email community.
This is not just for mothers or homeschooling/work-at-home moms- this can help every woman and everyone who feels too busy and overwhelmed to make time for self care.
My Intention for sharing this is to make Self Care rituals accessible and doable for everyone!
For “self care” to not just be a meme on social media or a trend that you do only one year or wait and WAIT till your burned out or wait till your finally stress-free!
I want to teach Self Care Rituals for loving, busy & ambitious women with BIG HEARTS who want a better life for themselves, for their loved ones and the planet.
HOW IT WILL WORK:
~Over the next 3 days, I will post one new blog here or if you are subscribed to my newsletter, I will send you 3 emails with your “INSPIRED ACTION” Step for the day.
~The purpose of this “3 Day Full Moon prep” process is so that we take Inspired Action to complete a project we started or an intention that you set for yourself at the beginning of this Moon Cycle and complete it!
~Did you set a goal about 2 weeks ago?
or make a plan that you just couldn't stick with?
I mention “2 weeks ago” because that was around the New Moon window and this is usually when we get a first nudge or intuitive hit of a passion project, like a home decluttering plan or something creative we want to start.
TAKE INSPIRED ACTION
What Action or task will you complete in the next 2-3 days that will bring you a sense of Peace & Confidence???
~Choose ONE thing that will take 2 to 3 days to complete.
Choose the first thing that comes to mind! You know, like that one thing you keep putting off. A closet, that pile in the corner of your house, that book, etc.
~Or choose ONE thing that you can do for yourself for 3 days.
Something that will make you feel really good about yourself.
Also, what needs to happen FIRST in order for you to do this?
Do you need a new yoga mat? Is your workout clothes in your dirty laundry? IDENTIFY what has gotten in the way of your Self Care in the past?
(For me, not having candles was my obstacle for a few weeks! This was getting in the way of my morning meditation. Of course I didn't NEED them for my spiritual practice- but once I identified this was just an excuse it helped me move forward without the candles... and then I got the candles same day!)
~Or choose 3 small acts of Self Love.
Choose 3 different things you want to try out this week. For all you adventurous creatives, this is the week to experiment! Use this Aries Fire energy to get yourself into action and a little out of your comfort zone!

I finally went for a jog yesterday! I keep wanting to do this but have absolutely no idea why I don't!
I put my earbuds on, played music loudly and just RAN!
BTW I always thought I needed one of those armbands to hold my phone and listen to music while on walks or hikes... you know, I just held the phone in my hand while I jogged... Silly things stopping us from being ourselves FULLY right?
THAT IS ALL FOR NOW!
