Everyone is into Setting Goals for the month of January, and that is NOT a bad thing! But I do need to ask...
✨Have you created Self Care Rituals for yourself?✨
I like focusing on both Setting Goals as well as, incorporating Mindfulness habits, aka Self Care Rituals, into my Daily Life
And if you have not made time to focus on either Self Care Rituals or Goal Setting this is NOT A PROBLEM!
Chances are, if you have not created Self Care Rituals for yourself you probably don't know where to start because you have not gained clarity on what actions you need to change in order to live the life you want.
I know this seems obvious but remember...
reflection questions are not intended for changing external circumstances we have no control over,
Reflection Questions and Self Care Rituals are intended for changing our actions and behaviors, and ALIGNING with what is most important in order to live the best life we can, with the current circumstances we are in.💜⭐️
THEN... after we align with what is most important to us, external change can begin to manifest.
The change starts within us first.
Just like the phases of the Moon is a good time to check in with ourselves, using the end of the Month (Moon) is the perfect time as well!
REFLECTION is a very important step in our self care process and we can never do "too much"
JANUARY REFLECTION QUESTIONS:
- What set backs or obstacles did I experience this month?
- How did I react to these obstacles?
- Was I able to find the hidden gems in my challenges this month?
- Have I acknowledged and celebrated the things that went well this month?
- What lessons did I learn?
By checking in on your life on a holistic level, especially energetically, and looking at aspects of your life that are not so obvious, you will begin to get the answers you need and strengthen your intuition in the process
