Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism Education
My intention is for all who join this sacred community of love and non-judgement to feel safe and supported.
I am a Chicana born and raised in Los Angeles with immigrant parents from Yucatan, Mexico and I have experienced both privilege and systemic oppression, so it has been very important for me to do my own deep anti-racism and decolonization work so that the cycle of systemic racism is not enabled in my business.
Microaggressions and racially offensive language will not be tolerated in my programs and I am committed to keeping all participants, especially BIPOC, free of harmful language and behaviors. There is a lack of diversity and representation in my field of coaching and aromatherapy and I believe that anti-racism education is important in the health and self development industry so that all people who seek one-to-one guidance can feel safe and understood by their coaches and teachers.

Sometimes companies do more harm than good by hiring the wrong people to to teach DEI in the workplace.
