Its been ONE WEEK since our Aquarius New Moon Lets take Aligned Action before Mercury goes Retrograde on February 16th ⭐️I see Aquarius as a reminder for Radical Self Care & Self Expression🤩 ESSENTIAL OIL ALLIES: Use one of these essential oils as you remember the New Moon Intentions you set last week. 🌿ROSEMARY- She is a true healer, full of energy, use Rosemary to help with taking Inspired Action 🌿GRAPEFRUIT- On those days when you just don’t know where to start, inhale uplifting Grapefruit and visualize where you want to be. Don’t focus on how you feel but rather Shift your attention and focus on your Intention and the IMPACT you want to make. 🌿CISTUS (ROCK ROSE)- For remembering your calling and healing emotional wounds while on the path for Self Expression and making a positive impact in the world. JANUARY IS COMING TO AN END
Everyone is into Setting Goals for the month of January, and that is NOT a bad thing! But I do need to ask... ✨Have you created Self Care Rituals for yourself?✨ I like focusing on both Setting Goals as well as, incorporating Mindfulness habits, aka Self Care Rituals, into my Daily Life And if you have not made time to focus on either Self Care Rituals or Goal Setting this is NOT A PROBLEM! START NOW! Chances are, if you have not created Self Care Rituals for yourself you probably don't know where to start because you have not gained clarity on what actions you need to change in order to live the life you want. I know this seems obvious but remember... reflection questions are not intended for changing external circumstances we have no control over, Reflection Questions and Self Care Rituals are intended for changing our actions and behaviors, and ALIGNING with what is most important in order to live the best life we can, with the current circumstances we are in.💜⭐️ THEN... after we align with what is most important to us, external change can begin to manifest. The change starts within us first. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just like the phases of the Moon is a good time to check in with ourselves, using the end of the Month (Moon) is the perfect time as well! REFLECTION is a very important step in our self care process and we can never do "too much" JANUARY REFLECTION QUESTIONS:
By checking in on your life on a holistic level, especially energetically, and looking at aspects of your life that are not so obvious, you will begin to get the answers you need and strengthen your intuition in the process Happy New Year Friends!!! Wow what a year it has been right? Have you guys all landed in 2020 yet? My feet are just started to hit the ground... like just my tippy-toes I think lol, because all of the January plans I set for myself in December went out the window on the first week of January! But hey, its ok... this is just another opportunity to reach into my spiritual toolbox and make sure that my action steps for the rest of 2020 are aligned with my spirit. What I thought I wanted for this year has completely changed! And I am totally at peace now because my circumstances "forced" me to slow down and REFLECT 😊 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✨🌙 BEFORE YOU SET YOUR 2020 YEARLY INTENTIONS💫 I just love setting goals for myself, breaking down those big tasks into small chunks I can tackle in 20- 30 minute increments so that little by little, by the end of the month I can see my progress! ...however, before I start on those "should do's" or "to-do's" I like getting clear on my deep desires, things that truly matter to me, my INTENTIONS. And even before I do THAT, I take time for solitude and REFLECTION. ✨Have you taken time to reflect on the last 12 months, the last 3 months or even how you feel about this week that just passed? ✨If so, how do you do that? Write it down on paper? Talk to a friend? Express yourself on social media or groups? During the Winter months and this Dark Moon phase, some of us may experience low energy, a need for solitude, a need for lots of rest, heightened intuition and a need to recharge and regenerate. And I encourage you to embrace this “shadow" time. I know this may be easier said than done but if you have a need to start setting goals and new year intentions for yourself, but have not started, thats ok! This is probably because your soul is asking you to take time and reflect first. And maybe start a self care practice of Journaling??? Winter Dark Moon Reflection Questions: ✨1.
