Lunar Planning Calendar Instructions- (Undated)
1. This is a month on 2 pages calendar so Print each page on separate sheets.
2. Hole punch the pages to keep in a binder or keep up on your wall
3. Fill in Moon dates:
New Moon, First Quarter Moon (or half moon), Full Moon, Last Quarter moon

4. Write out your New Moon intentions and Self Care list in designated space.

What 3 things would you like to accomplish this month?

6. "Monthly Affirmation"
Choose a mantra, quote or affirmation that will help inspire you to to reach your self care and monthly goals?
7. "Moon Cycle check in"
~During the week of each moon phase, write down significant feelings, thoughts or experiences you would like to record for each moon phase, do this weekly.
~Fridays are usually a good day to "check in" with yourself
